What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.  Further instructions regarding payment methods are provided at checkout. This may change overtime as we introduce various payment gateways.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. We do sell to international customers. It is important that you are aware that there may be import duties and/or taxes applicable when the goods arrive in your country. We accept no responsibility for these costs. To find out if there will be additional charges please contact your relevant government import customs authority.

How much does delivery cost?

Cost of delivery is provided upon purchase - as a general rule we do not try to make profit out of postage.  On some occasions there is a nominal fee of a few dollars for handling and packing.

How long will delivery take?

We normally dispatch from our warehouse twice a week (Wednesdays & Fridays). We estimate delivery to be 10 working days. We use Australia Post as our primary delivery method, however some items may be couriered using alternative companies where weight & size restrictions apply. International orders may take longer due to customs and local delivery suppliers.  We also have warehousing in Europe and Asia and Australia and may ship where more convenient from one of these locations.

What if I am not at home when you deliver my goods?

Our larger parcels are sent as registered and insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Our delivery contractors (Australia Post and various couriers) typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.  If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either a post office to collect your parcel from, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to call to re-arrange the delivery.

I have just received my item but it's faulty or damaged during transit, what do I do?

Luminaya will replace any items that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.  Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for.  Please note that we will require photographic evidence of damage and that you should write to us prior to returning any goods as this is expensive and may not be required. As a general rule we normally reship damaged products so that you can get a quicker resolution.

Are all of your items in stock?

 The majority of our items are continually held in stock. Stock availability is indicated against each product. In the unforeseen event that we do not have your order in stock then we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this. At this time we will give you an estimated delivery date and if you would like to order an alternative item or cancel your order we will do so for you.

Some of the products are made to order and these will have a longer lead time but you will be kept informed as we process your order through the creation. you will be notified as your order is confirmed , once it moves into creation and once posted.

What if I can't find the product I am looking for?

If you can't find the product that you are looking for please email us via the Enquiries form on the Contact Us page. We will do our very best to order in the product for you.

What currency has been used for your prices?

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) stated on this site is based on the Australian Retail Price as quoted or provided by our suppliers at the time we placed our order.  Luminaya does not warrant or represent that this is accurate and/or current.  Luminaya does not in any circumstance accept any liability whatsoever for error or omission.

Colour Variation & Accuracy of Graphic Images

Due to photography constraints and the differences in monitor types Luminaya cannot guarantee the colors of each product are accurately displayed. Luminaya does not guarantee the accuracy of any images of any products found on this website. However as artists we do go to great length to ensure durability of the colours and that are a good representation of our original artworks. We have a quality review process in place with our print suppliers.

Order Cancellation

Luminaya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when 

(a) products are unavailable for any reason; 

(b) an order placed through the site has not been received by Luminaya for any reason; 

(c) full payment for the order has not been received by Luminaya from the customer; 

(d) order received that may or is involved in any fraudulent activity - any such involvement detected, Luminaya will forward information to the fraud prevention merchant services and will undergo a fraud investigation which may also involve police investigation.
